A healthy sourdough starter should be active, balanced, and predictable. It should reliably rise and fall whenever it is fed!

Starter has only ever been fed Organic Bread Flour and Purified Water. 

Does not need to be fed daily and thrives living in your refrigerator and fed on more of a weekly schedule.
